  "DOES TOBACCO SETTLEMENT IN U.S.A. SOLVE CANCER PROBLEM?"
 The settlement and the admission of the tobacco industry in U.S.A. that some smokers died from cancer do not solve absolutely, the problem of cancer. On the contrary, if that admission and settlement would be taken as a confirmation of the cause of cancer that would be a very dangerous precedent and misleading to many because smoking per se [ cigarettes] not being a biological activity, of the lymphatic system does not cause cancer. Emphatically, smoking does not produce directly cancerous or erratic cells because cancerous cells are produced directly and solely by the biological action of the lymphatic system of each man. If the particular, personal, individual and exclusive lymphatic system errs, in the replacement process, whose fault is it?
Digestive system of man is intended for the food taken. The respiratory system, for the air inhaled /exhaled by him. Excretory system is for excreting his body waste. Immunity system naturally, is for any infection/bodily injury that comes his way.
If cigarettes cause "infection" [Do they really?] then that is the task of the lymphatic system of every man. One cigarette infection, if it does infect, is enough because its "recurrence" is also prevented by the same immunity system.
Does smoking really infect? Many doubted because many smokers for so many number of years did not get any infection for smoking or did not err in inhaling the smoke. So there is probability that the smokers who died with cancer, "around 100,000" as pointed by a tobacco executive died from other infections in the lungs or throat, not necessarily from smoking.
Who owns that immunity system that cannot protect against infection of a simple cigarette smoke and cannot produce normal replacement cells in case of bodily damaged?
Surely, not the tobacco industry! Res perit domino. Each immunity system is exclusive to each person for his sole and exclusive use. Being God-given, no man can change that rule. No man can replace it. To destroy it is to destroy the very person owning it.
But why the immunity of a particular person is able to produce and manufacture cancerous cells by way of replacement while others, under similar circumstances, can always produce normal replacement cells?
The answer is: HIS PERSONAL DEFECT- the misalignment in the armpit produces that error resulting in introducing cancerous cells in his own body, destructive to him, sooner or later.
In any probable judicial skirmishes taking place in U.S.A. or in the Philippines or elsewhere in the world, involving the issue whether or not, smoking is causal to cancer, then, these relevant questions from the legal minds [denying causal effect] may probably be propounded to any medical expert, advocating the causal effect of smoking to cancer:
(1) "Is the cigarette an infectious element? Disinfectant? Or a germicide or insecticide? Or Is its smoke a hazardous pollutant?"
(2) "Are the lungs and throat subject to other viral/fungi/bacterial infections? Or is it only cigarette ,to the exclusion of other infectious matters, that exclusively infects the lungs and throat?
(3) "Is the degree of smoke infection, if ever it infects, of equal degree compared to the other viral/fungi/bacterial infection in the lungs and throat such as tubercle bacillus among others?",
(4) "Is the immunity of man is so weak that it cannot cure an infection of simple smoke of cigarette, if it does infect?"
(5)" Have you conducted study that the alleged infection of smoke may result in bodily damaged to the lungs and throat?
(6) "You will agree that viral/fungi/bacterial/chemical infections may also damage some cells in the lungs and throat?"
(7) "One of the functions of the lymphatic system is to replace damaged body parts, by way of its healing process, do you agree?"
(8) "When a cancerous /erratic cell being examined did you find any trace of smoke and nicotine forming part of it?"
(9) "Once there is erroneous replacement cells in the lungs or throat can you tell specifically, and with definiteness, if the erroneous replacement cell is related to smoking or consequential effect of other viral/fungi/bacterial and chemical infection?"
(10) "Do you know the primary cause or reason why erratic cells are in the body or lungs or throat of the person?"
(11 ) "Do you agree that the cancerous cells in the lungs/ throat are erroneous replacement cells? Or Are they original cells, part and parcel of the genetic code[DNA]?"
(12) "Do you consider the erroneous and erratic cells immunological problem?" " Is it a genetic [hereditary] problem?"
(13) "You have never studied that cancerous cells are immunological problem because your books say it is genetic, correct?"
(14) "Although your medical/scientific books do not mentioned of the effect of mild bone misalignment, did you ever study personally if mild bone misalignment has some immunological effects when the flow or movement of the lymphatic system is being obstructed or hampered?"
(15) "Since you have considered cancerous cells as genetic, or hereditary , will you explain, why you blame cigarettes to cause cancer, when you know pretty well that cigarettes have no human cells as their component parts?" " In your opinion will cigarettes or their smokes undergo evolutional development in the human body like the fetus in the maternal womb?"
(16) "You will agree with me, that cigarette firms can not manufacture/produce human cells, whether normal or abnormal by way of replacing the damaged parts of the human beings?"
(17) "The cancerous erratic cells are solely manufactured and produced by the exclusive lymphatic system of specified person because there is no factory or laboratory on earth capable of producing the same, Is it not?
The sincere, honest and scientific answers to these legal queries by any expert of science cannot defend or justify why they opted for the "cigarettes" to be their "token cause" of lungs and throat cancer and why the tobacco firms are made answerable to the erroneous/cancerous cells introduced in the human body when such activity is solely and directly biological of the lymphatic system, not an industrial activity of the tobacco industry. Their scientific answers will also clarify whether science's "smoke theory" is truly tenable that "secondhand smoke" [passive smoking] is more dangerous and deadlier scientifically, than the viral/fungi/bacterial/chemical infections, because it would appear under that theory that the simple cigarette "smoke" floating in the air can cause cancer whereas, the direct viral/bacterial/chemical infections to the lungs/throat, do not cause cancer. Highly preposterous! False education resulting in mal- education of the believing public. This goes with the billboards and media advertisements [TV/RADIO] of the "killer effects" of cigarettes and liquors. Lies come from the devil. Truth from God. Similar queries and answers may apply to another "token cause"- the liquor. Their moderate use, however, should be encouraged because excessive use results in abuse and vices and vices destroy the dignity of man for the latter becomes "unsightly" before his Creator. On the other hand, the ARMPIT MISALIGNMENT THEORY causing errors in the replacement cells during the healing process of the lymphatic system is more logical, reasonable and scientific. Is it not?
Justice, truth, equity and honesty are hallmarks of democracy and should be observed at all times especially by any government.
Forcing one to pay without any legal or scientific basis is EXPLOITATION.
Receiving some payment on a false cause is actually wrong being AN ENRICHMENT AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS. MONEY IS THE ROOT OF MANY EVILS.
