"MISALIGNMENT THEORY IS A TREATISE FOR MEDICAL GUIDANCE AND VERIFICATION"       Inspite of some medical and technological advances promoting the health of man, yet, man is still unfortunate in this ending century. The "manghihilot"[chiropractic] not properly guided by his selfish predecessor/s lack the special knowledge of the effects of bone dislocation and misalignment to the human body; and worst, some of them merely touched every part of the body [holistic approach] that there seems to be no more distinction between "hilot" and body massage. Unluckily, instead of expecting some healing, the condition of the patients worsened due to indiscriminate erroneous "touch" and "bodily pressures" inflicted upon them. On the other hand, we have the men of science who do not believe in the adverse "effects" of the incurable defects known as misalignment. For them they have no bodily effects and some of them even denied their existence. Existing modern scientific and medical books confirm this fact- the absence of misalignment and realigning cure. Others, merely consider "bodily defects" to be "congenital" or "hereditary" in nature.       Proponent's articles and healing books are prepared and presented as "suggestive" but provocative treatise to the men of science that the mild misalignment/dislocation of the bone or twisted muscles/nerves may cause lesion or obstruction which ultimately result in recurring/incurable diseases of the human body.       The causal points[misalignment] mentioned in the various books and articles of the proponent may appear to be unprecedented and new to many but as previously pointed, it is merely a "rediscovery" of the lost/forgotten/ignored curative knowledge. This, however, has some basis.       Firstly, hilot or touch is a primitive practice and therefore existing since time immemorial. Remember there was no doctor during Adamic time.       Secondly, touch as an alternative method of natural healing may generate good effects- relaxing the body muscles.       But whether this is new or old curative method, at this point of time, it should be taken as a new theory, to be studied, experimented and to be verified by experts and licensed professionals of our time in order to determine their effectiveness and their eventual adoption as standard therapy in the medical books someday.       Admittedly, today's definite surgery, therapy and curative medicine were yesterdays experimental cures and theories. Accordingly, these several articles and books on misalignment theory may be the starting point of a scientific verification and research of the causal points [misalignment] by the men of science here in the Philippines or elsewhere in the world.       While the herein proponent/author is free to make theories religious, medical or otherwise, arising from his apostolate work, under the cloak of the exonerating freedom [i.e., freedom of speech/press/religion] laws [ie.,Traditional Medicine Act of the Philippines,], legal jurisprudence [charismatic/spiritual healing not considered illegal practice of medicine being a practice of religious belief of the church; see People v.Cole 29 NY 98 12 NE LRA 191; People v. Klinger, Ill. 11 BE 40; State Board of Medical Examiners v. Marxell , NOL 181 A 694,et c.] common sense and his membership of preaching/healing group [Catholic Charismatic Healing Ministry of the Philippines, Catholic Faith Defender, Cebu Chapter,etc.] he could not personally conduct diagnosis, treatment, prescription, research, experiment and operation, proving and humanizing the truth of his theories not only due to lack of technical/medical know-how on the subject but it is also a malum prohibitum in the Philippines and in other parts of the world being an "illegal practice of medicine" [People v. Mattie, 39 1 Ill. 2d 756, 1942].       Misalignment is no longer a theory in Divine Healing. It is fully a reality with several healing – "In Jesus Name, Realign!"        But somehow it is still a theory for men of science and as such it has to be studied, proven and verified of its effectiveness for possible adoption and humanization. Only men of science can humanize it and can do the checking, verification under our medical/technical law. Hopefully, when causal points [misalignment] would be confirmed by the men of science, they should be adopted, humanized and applied immediately and when proven wrong also they [misalignment] should also be outright rejected and herein proponent discredited.       As elsewhere and previously stated "inaction" of the medical world bring us to nowhere.... A provocative reaction is a good start. Who knows these lost revelations of our forefathers and seemingly new revelatory information of our time are probably the primary or the alternative causes of the recurring//incurable diseases of unknown causes that are great puzzlement to the men of science. Who knows also of this requested "demonstration", verification, less expensive alternative cures be invented, discovered and produced by the men of science in due time.
