"IS THERE WISDOM IN "CLEAN AIR" ACT?"       To know what man can change and what he cannot change is wisdom. Saving the environment, the Earth and the people may be a commendable act by man but God that created the earth and man, in His wisdom, saves already the Earth and mankind since their creation. Naturally, sunlight, rain, wind and gravity are Earth's air and water anti-pollutants. Irrefutably, only God can make and unmake His own creation, not man.        The Earth will always have clean air and water, now and forever, with or without the controversial clean air act and the environmental laws. The two- kingdom, the animal and the plant kingdom are doing the aerial symbiotic cleaning because air is respectively their breath of life : man's waste, plant's needs and vice- versa. Dispersal, distribution and balancing of the air is undertaken by the wind moving freely in all direction of the world where there is life. There is life in Arab-Israeli region, source of oil, with vast desert, lesser vegetation, and lesser water. Moreover, countries covered with snow, with no vegetation in sight have life. Why? The wind is the saving answer.       God saves man. Generally, man cannot be affected by any virus and diseases because He gives him his first gift- natural healing, making man healer of himself. Man cannot be affected by weather/climatic condition and air pollution because He gives man the breath of life [Gen. 2:7]- only OXYGEN CAN ENTER HIS BODY, the rest of the dangerous, polluted and gaseous elements in the air are discarded because only oxygen has "liquefying convertibility" in the lungs. Biblically and biologically, oxygen is the free and instant food [i.e, haemoglobin] of the body and is distributed freely by man's circulatory system. Henceforth, the most dangerous diseases are the ailments connected with the respiratory system and the blood cancer.       Godless science, denying God's existence and His saving works, thought that man's diseases are caused by his food, by his environment, by deadly virus/microorganism, his vices and by the air he inhaled. Consequently, the respiratory ailments are thought of to be caused primarily by air pollution.       Since research is not a monopoly of science, Misalignment theory of the Divine Healing observes otherwise. Misalignment in a particular person is the primary cause of the respiratory ailments, generated/triggered by climactic/weather condition and aggravated by pollution. No misalignment, no respiratory diseases, and so pollution have nothing to aggravate.       The wisdom of Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999 [ Rep. Act No. 8749] as well as, the clear air laws of other countries ie. Florida's Indoor Clean Air Act, Vermont 's Clean Air Act, among others, - is premised on two odd conditions: first, the air must be stationary, NO WIND; and second, all the people must have misalignment [ribs under the armpit/breastbone]. Since God disperses the air, polluted or not, by His WIND, so all expenses for anti-pollution as required by law will all be "GONE WITH THE WIND." Ironically, expenses for anti-pollution are charged to the people as added cost for their products. The truth of this misalignment theory is that respiratory ailments [i.e., phlegm, asthma, sinusitis, etc.] exist also in non-polluted areas and definitely, these few special people suffering with these respiratory ailments have the referred misalignment.       Ultimately, the issue is not pollution but the defect [misalignment] in a particular person, a defect missing in all medical books, thereby making many ignorant about it.
