Richard Armey       www.flattax,gov DEAR SENATOR/REPRESENTATIVES:       What you hear in the tobacco war in Congress is merely the other side, information provided by the scientific and technological world which unfortunately is UNRELIABLE for they have this basic admission- cancer is still incurable with no specific causes. With that admission smoking as a cause of cancer is merely a guesswork matter , a justifying reason , a scapegoat to justify for the massive expenditures in cancer research.       "Research cures cancer. Research needs money."       But there is only half-truth to this.       Correctly, it should be:       "CORRECT RESEARCH CURES CANCER. MISDIRECTED/WRONG RESEARCH WASTES MONEY."       To avoid further wastage of funds, to stop baseless health scare under the guise of healthful warning, to avoid sending people to jail on a wrong cause and to stop "exploitive " fines and damages to innocent people, Misalignment Theory of Divine Healing should be heard and its proponent be made to demonstrate its effectiveness and its truth. Herein proponent claims discovery of the causes of cancer, HIV-AIDS and other syndromes, a factual situation denied to geniuses of science. The problem is this: while the cause [misalignment] is already humanized the healing is still spiritual or Divine by personal mild touch and prayer for REALIGNMENT in "Jesus Name" or by distant healing [ie.,substitution, tv, radio or by phone].       Presently, science could not test and refute Misalignment theory - "No misalignment. No disease"- because, no book ever mentioned it, no scientist ever studied it or experimented it. The absence of misalignment in their medical/scientific books is the BEST and CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE of science inability to refute- this Misalignment Theory. You were also right in rejecting Pres. Clinton's cigarette legislations.
