I have read your health situation thru the dailies and I hope the reports are correct : sore throat, mild stroke, long viral infection,cholesterol, etc.
Your successful operation may have removed the "effects" but probably the "causes"[causal effect] have not been corrected.
The causal effects Mr. President are the incurable mild bone misalignment and you got them between 1 to 3 years old of your life. You suffered the effects now because you are athletic and athletic activities may help improve the circulatory system[blood/lymphatic]. But once you have it/them[effect/s]
recurrence is already the rule. For heart problems there are 3 mild bone misalignments causing obstructions to the heart.[one, right upper nipple and two in the left upper nipple near the heart] Present by-passed merely removes the effects but not the causal patterns hence, recurrence is possible thereafter until the pointed mild bone misalignment are corrected[spiritually or surgery]. For those likely to suffer stroke there are two misalignment:one in the left neck and the other upper nipple near the heart. Cholesterol is common for the cause of obesity [i.e. mild bone misalignment near the left sternum]. On your throat problem you may have bone misalignment in the right chest bone and for your long viral infection you probably have mild bone misalignment in the armpit Enclosed diagram of your probable bone misalignment.
I have offered the DOH actual demonstration of the causal patterns mentioned in my books . As a Filipino I wanted to help you, Your Excellency and I am willing to demonstrate and try it on you if you wish and if I am invited to do it.Ten minutes is even too long to test those referred probable "causal patterns." If the "causal patterns" are not workable to you, Mr. President,then it is pointless to demonstrate it to other people.

This is to confirm our long distance conversation held last Dec. 20, l996 where I promised you for a letter.
Please do not misunderstood me. My healing is spiritual healing and as such, it could not be taught or transferred to non-Charismatic or to Charismatic members for it comes from the Donor, the Almighty God.
What I pointed out in the books is that I discerned or noted some specific causal patterns for cancer cases and AIDS cases and for other recurring diseases.
The pointed causal patterns are to be tested for confirmation. The protocol or explanation is only one sentence: By touching the pointed causal patterns, the sufferers feel the pain and once the pain disappeared there is healing- instant, gradual or normalization of the natural healing of man.
My evangelical books are self-explanatory. So I am now requesting tor testing of the causal patterns for cancer, AIDs , troubled minds and for other recurring diseases. As guide for ths testing, am enclosing the following:
(1) My letter to Health Secretary;
(2) My letter to Pres. Ramos;
(3) My 4th book: CANCER FEAR NOT [For It Is Preventable, Detectable, Predictable and Curable Through Touch of Faith].

Hoping that the causal patterns be tested so that the medical men may study and work for the treatment. Per suggestion, the normal or scientific healing is merely: minor surgical alignement of the affected bones and vessels. Or any drug that may remove the obstructions in the circulatory systems: blood and lymphatic.

I am engaged in Divine Healing and in my apostolate works, I have discerned and discovered the causes of Cancer, HIV,dengue, dysmenorrhea, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, lung ailments, blood pressures, heart ailments, allergy and other diseases.The causes of many diseases are merely mild bone MISALIGNMENT causing immunological and circulatory problems and the suggested humanizing cure is corrective REALIGNMENT. These dreaded and dangerous misalignment are actually incurable body defects primarily caused by sin, pride and ignorance. They [ misalignment] are preventable by good child care . This may be unsolicited information but I do it for Christ to ease the sufferings of our brothers and sisters, Christians and non-Christians.
Since various misalignment as causes of diseases are missing in the medical books throughout the world, expectedly, no one in your DOH or any medical practioner in the world has ever practiced in line with this theory so refutation is impossible at this point of time. This theory is already a fiat accompli in Divine Healing and I have written 9 books, [6 published and 3 under printing stage] espousing the same.
Hopefully your particular office on Traditional Medicine would qualify our divine healing under Rep. Act No. 8423 [Traditional Medicine Law] so that we can claim that a Filipino has been able to discern [discover] the causes and the probable cure of Cancer, HIV, migraine, diabetes, asthma, dysmenorrhea, allergy, arthritis, blood pressures, lung and heart ailments, etc.
Using Divine Healing I can demonstrate anytime, and in any place the causes and the cure of Cancer, HIV and other diseases with full media and TV coverage if your office so desires. Cysts and goiter may disappear or shrink in 1 or two minutes after a prayer for realignment of the misaligned parts.
Or if not, just assign any of your staff in the DOH to watch and monitor the TV Show in Channel 9 [RPN] every Sunday 2:00 to 2:30 P.M. in my religious program- "Realigning Touch of Faith" introducing to the medical and non-medical world the "Misalignment Theory" [No Misalignment, No Disease, Less Misalignment, Less Diseases and Many Misalignment, Many diseases.] where some healing footage showing the specific misalignment and the realigning cure being exhibited.
For the sake of our people, especially the poor I am willing to share with any of your oncologists/experts on the syndrome diseases who may be interested to study and experiment the viability and feasibility of this theory-"No Misalignment, No Disease." In my previous letter, I made mentioned about the causal pattern of cancer, HIV/and other diseases. Divine healing discovers in 1987 the causes of cancer and HIV for the world to humanize.
I did not receive an reply. So do from your two departments- DOST and DOH. As to may credentials you can check with Chief Justice Davide Jr. Ombudsman Desierto and Senate President Fernan.
When it comes to spiritual healing, I can point your misalignment [obesity, arthritis] but healing is not mine, it is God's will.
Personal healing is hard to schedule and probably you may not want it, so I will just do the higher level- distant healing with your permission. I did that to Cardinal Vidal last January 1, 1999 and he consented. I need your consent and hopefully, God helps you and your works.
As a citizen of the Philippies, I am sending here my stand on the controversial bill- Clean Air Act bill based on my articles, namely:

Here is an article from the Philippines assailing the wisdom of clean air laws.
"ENVIRONMENTALISTS: APPRECIATE " THE BLOWING WINDS"
Incurable cancer has worried the world. So many suspects being tagged and theorized. Polluted environment [i.e., air, water, factories, emissions of cars] is another suspect nowadays in addition to food, smoking and drinking.
But why worry for cancer? If God take care of the sparrows, we are more than the sparrows [Luke 11:7]. We are in His likeness [Gen. 1:26] and the cream of His creation [Genesis 1:28]. This world is habitable/livable for everyone that God has created and procreated. Because of His endless love to His likeness, a revelatory information comes from His Divine healing pointing to man's special defect [ misaligned armpit], causing immunological/anti-genetic error known as "cancer" due to its blocking effects in the immune system.
However, science thinks otherwise. Polluted environment is the culprit. Preposterously,It could not be and will never be the cause of cancer. God shows the correct way [i.e. misaligned armpit] as early as 1987, a pointed cause so shocking to science for its "accessibility" and "simplicity."
The survival of man for many centuries over other procreated matters is assured by his unique breath of life-oxygen [Genesis2:7], by his circulating blood, and by his own healing system- the immune system. Outside factors destructive to man and other living matters are answered by God's basic protective services["saving" powers]: the sun, the wind, gravity the rain and ozone layer. They are the environmental, natural and inexpensive earth's cleaners[anti-pollutants] of the air, water and of the land.
Of all God's creation only man has God's creativity and wisdom. Accordingly, man conquers other's procreated matters and assumes dominance in this earth through his invention and ideas. With his marvelous high technical invention and ideas, he thought falsely that science is his, not God. Preposterously, his science denies God's existence. But God's existence does not depend on the wrong/correct thoughts and ideas of man. God calls a man who does not believe in Him to be "fool" and punished every man for denying Him [Luke 12:8-10;Matthew 10:32-33].
Man, not God, errs and often times espouses idiotic theories. Accordingly, since man is not the author of science, his science is not only "unscientific", but made the source of false education, misleading several governmental and international policies on diseases, smoking, environment, pollution, etc.
True education dictates that some places have vegetation, others have none. Others have water, others none at all. Some are cold, some are hot. Environmentalists must be aware of these earthly phenomena, otherwise they cannot qualify as such. This world is made in such a way that sharing of the blessings is the rule for those who have none. Nature has its own way of sharing- the distributorship role of the "blowing winds."
Life is assured in all places because of the"blowing winds": they transport the clouds, they distribute the breathe of life for both animals and plants and above all, the wind is nature's anti-pollutant- they disperse toxic , smoke, smogs, polluted gases, away from those being annoyed/disturbed and made them available to those who need them badly for their subsistence.
Man, not being the author of nature, cannot go against nature. All matters that can "aerify" has to be in the air. On the other hand, matters that can "liquefy" or "dissolve" can be in the water/ blood or any liquid form.
Not everything passing the nose can enter the lungs. Anything not capable of liquefying cannot enter the lungs. Only oxgen can do it. It can aerify and liquefy. Pollutants [i.e. carbon dioxide/monoxide, smoke, smogs] cannot do it. This is the truth of Genesis 2:7 and confirmed by science "exchange of gases" enshrined in their medical books.
The "exchange of gases" discussed in several chapters of the medical/scientific books contradicts and questions the wisdom/propriety of the clean air, passive smoking and related environmental legislations of the world. Education has two faces: false and true. True education dictates that law of men cannot change the law of nature. Man has no alternative but to conform. While the law of men cannot change nature , man's laws contradicting the law of nature must be changed, modified or repealed, for nature's conformity, for economic reason [i.e., wastage of funds to comply clean air laws "being gone with the wind"] and for fairness and justice [wrong cause] sake.
Praise the Lord for this enlightenment!

CORRECTIBLE REALIGNMENT: BEST ALTERNATIVE CURE FOR SCOLIOSIS
This is a syndrome of science- with unknown cause. Symptomatic of scoliosis are: crooked/swerving/curbing spinal column, positional pain, leaning body and uncontrollable growth of mass of flesh in the wrong place of the body.
Medical culprit is lack of calcium.
Since corrective surgical operation of the spinal column is quite risky due to nervous complication which may ripen to paralysis, chest brace being medically recommended,nowdays. Braces for scoliosis may prove ineffectual because it is uncontrolled bodily growth.
Where modern science fails, Divine healing supplements. As early as 1995 scoliosis is discovered to be primarily caused by misaligned ribs [left or right chest ribs below the armpit/ nipple areas] that result in eventual deformity of the chest, back and the curvature of the spinal column. . A traditional/spiritual healer [Sec.4(h), RA No. 8423] engaged in Divine healing [John 15:16;1 Cor. 12:9] and proponent of the revolutionary Misalignment Theory [see website: entitled: "Realignment Touch of Faith"-, discovers that sufferers of scoliosis and back pain have misaligned side/chest ribs resulting in skeletal problem and deformity affecting the spinal column. If scoliosis is coupled with uncontrollable growth of some tissues, armpit misalignment is additionally, noted.A correctible realignment prayer or mild touch in Jesus name of the misaligned areas result in the alignment of the spinal column in just few minutes. Testing the wisdom of Senator Flavier's Traditional and Alternative Medicine Act[TAMA] of 1997, this pointed misalignment by a traditional/spiritual healer [Sec.4(h)RA No. 8423] is a good topic for research [Sec.6(a) id.]othe cause scolios/back painby the Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care [Secs.5, 11 and 12, RA No. 8423] by other national and foreign health centers/foundations by hopefully, initiating confirmatory investigation of the claim of a traditional healer with expertise on Divine healing [1 Cor.12:9] that all sufferers of scoliosis have the referred misalignment and its realignment is the best cure, thereby justifying the suggested humanizing health care -minor "surgical realignment" of such misaligned ribs.
